The minutes of the November 12, 2002 meeting were read and approved.
There will be a board meeting on Tuesday, January 28 to discuss the training schedule and the budget. The proposed training schedule is posted on the website. The budget will be available to members at the February meeting.
The April 8 meeting on fire Safety is to be held in the church parking lot. (This training is non-DHR credit.)
Quality Care for Children will have an orientation meeting on the National Accreditation program on Saturday, January 25 at QCC in Atlanta from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
"Home of Quality" or "Home of Excellency" distinctions are available to any interested provider. Please contact Sigrid for information.
The Cobb Collaborative will meet on January 22 and January 29. Board members are urged to attend. Please contact Sigrid.
CPR and First Aid will be offered at Sigrid's Kinderstube on Saturday, February 1 from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. The cost is $35 per person.
The next general meeting is on Tuesday, February 11. The training topic is "What's going on in that brain - Baby's brain connection". The trainer is Melissa Davis. (2 hours DHR approved training.)
The business meeting was adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
