| The meeting was called to order by President Sigrid Ivanovic at 7:00 p.m. Present were Sigrid, Erin Driscoll, Christine Ellsworth, and Tine Warrilow. The purpose of the meeting was to organize for the Christmas party for Cobb County foster children. Sheila Adams will be asked to include the message on the website that we must have a response at the November meeting regarding the number of daycare children we can count on in order to know how many foster children we can invite. This same message should go out in the phone calls. Sigrid will bring a Christmas tree. Other providers are invited to bring Christmas decorations and to come as early as possible to help set up. Lori Welker will be asked to supervise the refreshment table. Parents are invited to donate Christmas cookies. Willie Mae Ross-Burton and Tine Warrilow will take charge of craft activities. Sigrid will request assistance from the ROTC. Erin will provide Christmas music and a camera to take pictures. Sigrid will be in charge of gift distribution. Tine will provide Christmas paper plates and napkins. Sharon Ervin will be asked to submit an article to the media after the event. Items needed at this time: Stamps, stencils, chalk, black construction paper, white construction paper, easel.
