The minutes from the August meeting were read and accepted.
President and Vice-President job descriptions were read aloud. The need for all members to be involved and help out by holding a position, such as a chair position or other volunteer positions was stressed. A list of the various board and chair positions was passed around and members present were asked to consider signing up to help the association.
A tribute and a lifetime membership to CPCCA was presented to Sigrid along with a plant.
It was announced that the October meeting will include voting and installing new board members as well as include an hour class on self defense. All were encouraged to come.
The business meeting adjourned and a 2 hour DHR approved training on Thye Difficult Child was presented.
