It was announced that one focus of the association is to market to the general public not only our child care services, but also our name.
It was also announced as a second focus that the association could possibly pursue securing a grant that could benefit all members.
As a third focus for 2005, it was announced that finding a mentor for the association may help with supporting CPCCA on a professional level. It was also noted that a non-profit resource center may be a starting point to help with professional support.
The business metting adjourned and a 2 hour class was presented by Mr. Stewart Carlin on Taxes and Record Keeping.
The certificates for the evenings training should be available at the February General Meeting.
