Lisa Horton is a Child Care Program Consultant with Bright From the Start. Lisa is a former Child and Parent Care manager with Liberty County Department of Family and Children Services in Liberty County. Lisa is a former military provider with the Family Day Care program and the Child Development Center. Lisa Horton holds a CDA, AA in Early Childhood Education and a BS in Liberal Arts. Lisa is currently enrolled in a Masters Program for her MPA and MSA degree.
Lisa enjoys teaching about young children and empowerment. Lisa is the mother of three boys and enjoys watching her children grow, develop and play sports. Lisa also enjoys being a volunteer in her community.
